Who the course is for
The course is designed for independent kitesurfers who want to share the sport with others. Along the way, you’ll also sharpen your own riding and deepen your understanding of kiteboarding fundamentals. In short, you turn your riding skills into real teaching skills.

Two ways to start
IKO offers two main paths. The Assistant Training Course is the first step for riders who want to support instructors and gain experience. Meanwhile, the Instructor Course qualifies you to teach on your own as an IKO certified instructor. Check the requirements on the IKO website before you apply.
