Our lessons take place in over 3 square kilometers of warm, flat water. For beginners, flat water makes a real difference: with no waves to fight, you can focus completely on the kite and the board. Our spot is also open, with no jetties, so you have plenty of space to practice safely. And getting here is easy, since the school is just 11 minutes from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.
Your first lesson starts on the beach
Before you go anywhere near the water, you’ll meet your IKO certified instructor. They’ll explain the equipment and the basic safety rules, then teach you to control the kite on land and in Shallow water. You’ll learn how the wind direction affects the kite and how to control its power and speed. This preparation builds confidence quickly, so by the time you enter the water, the kite already feels familiar.
From body dragging to your first ride
Next, you move into shallow water, with your instructor staying close during every exercise. You’ll practice body dragging, letting the kite pull you through the water, which teaches you essential kite control. Then comes the board. Balance becomes the focus, and every session builds on the last.
Some students progress quickly, while others need more time, and both are completely normal. Small mistakes are part of learning: a good instructor explains what happened and shows you how to fix it, so you can try again with better technique.
Lessons for every level
We offer beginner kitesurfing lessons, as well as advanced and refresher lessons, kitesurfing courses for children, and training for riders who want to become kitesurfing instructors themselves.
