When you contact us. If you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message. We use this only to answer your enquiry and arrange lessons, rentals, or holidays you ask about. Form submissions are stored on our website and sent to our inbox by email.
When you message us on WhatsApp. Our WhatsApp button opens a chat in the WhatsApp app. Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, and we use them only to reply to you.
When you browse our website. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, for example which pages are visited and how long people stay. This helps us improve the website. We also use Jetpack Stats for basic visit statistics. You can accept or decline analytics through our cookie banner at any time.
Third-party content on our website
