The Kite Bubble; The IKO certified kiteboarding school of Sharm El Sheikh.

After more than 14 years of riding and teaching kite lessons all over Egypt, We gained important experience to start not only a business in water sports but to share our love for this passion.

Over 3 sq.km flat water, and just 11 minutes from the international airport. Join us to learn kiteboarding professionally and enjoy our vibe for some exciting kite sessions. Our skilled IKO certified instructors are there, and will provide you with Kiteboarding lessons, courses, children courses whatever the level is. Our Kite school offers Equipment rental, storage and beach use packages.

The Kite Bubble is the perfect destination all the year round.

The temperatures are warm, with constant side on-shore wind, and on average there more than 70% good kiting days each year. The conditions are perfect for kiters of all levels with a lagoon that has flat water with a sandy bottom.

Our lagoon is also unique as even during low tide we still have good water depth to kitesurf safely, allowing our guests to get out and have a session anytime during the entire day.

There is a high and low tide every 12 hours with up to 80cm difference in water depth between them. We have thousands of square meters of soft, sandy bottom flat water off of our beach, so there is always somewhere to find a safe depth for your experience. Come and kite in Sharm El Sheikh with us!

IKO school Affiliation Approved!

We are very happy to announce that The Kite Bubble has just been IKO certified. 

The International Kiteboarding Organization is the world’s leading organization for the sustainable development of kiteboarding. With more than 200 IKO Centers in over 40 countries, It empowers and connects the kite business to the world’s largest kite community representing 90,000 active members. Kitesurfing schools will gain worldwide visibility on the IKO website in 6 languages with an average of 30,000 unique visitors monthly. The school affiliation gives us international recognition and guarantees to our students that we operate according to the highest safety standards in the industry. The IKO additionally supports opportunities to organize professional training courses.

Our school commits to operate exclusively with IKO Certified and valid Instructors and Assistants only!!

Our membership allows us to organize pro courses straight at our school. This means that we get the opportunity to train Kiteboarders to be IKO certified Instructors. 

Clients of us can trust that their kiteboarding lessons will be held in a professional school. With qualified instructors that both follow rigorous standards of quality and safety. Students can expect to be certified at the end of their lessons and access their vCard. That is to better assess their level and be aware of their limits and potential. 

Exciting downwind trip through Gulf of Aqaba!

“Over 20 kiters from Sharm el Sheikh flying on the water. It is our downwinder trip, kiting Nabq from top to bottom!

Going downwind is quite a different experience and definitely a new adventure. As you go downwind, the power of the kite is reduced and no need to edge the board. You will cover long distances quickly, and relax and have a good look around. Learning new skills will for sure add another dimension to the sport. You will be able to try some Toeside riding and long carved turns without worrying about losing ground.

The Kite Bubble downwind trip combines a sense of adventure with sightseeing. We will travel a considerable distance watching the high chain mountains of Sinai. It is a breath taking experience along Nabq’s national park on the Gulf of Aqaba waters. The downwind trip ends with the beautiful luxury beach resorts scenery right before entering our territory at Coral sea water world resort beach.

How Does it work?

With the meeting point at The Kite Bubble at 7:30am on a windy day, We start our trip. The Bus drives us for about 30 minutes upwind inside Nabq’s national park. We start setting up our Kites with the help of our guides. For the Nabq downwind trip our team at The Kite Bubble provides beach helpers, IKO instructors, first aid kit, rescue boat. With our briefing about every detail about the trip and our technical support at all time, you will feel the most ease and safety during Nabq downwind trip. The rescue boat with an IKO instructor on board is having an eye on every rider on the water. An IKO instructor is guiding the riders and another one behind the whole group.
